Founded in 2021 in Wilmington, Delaware. We provide email infrastructure to enterprises that cannot afford compliance failures.
BrandDispatch LLC was founded by infrastructure engineers and compliance professionals who recognized a gap in the market: most email service providers optimize for volume over compliance, leaving enterprise customers exposed to regulatory and reputational risk.
We built BrandDispatch to serve organizations where delivery reliability and regulatory compliance are non-negotiable — financial services, healthcare-adjacent SaaS, e-commerce platforms operating internationally, and CRM-integrated systems handling customer data across jurisdictions.
Every architectural decision we make prioritizes auditability, security, and compliance. We believe the future of email infrastructure is one where trust is the product.

REST API v2.1 — All endpoints require TLS. Authentication via API key in request header.
The BrandDispatch API is organized around REST. Our API has predictable resource-oriented URLs, accepts JSON-encoded request bodies, returns JSON-encoded responses, and uses standard HTTP response codes, authentication, and verbs.
https://api.branddispatch.us/v2
All API requests must be authenticated using your API key, passed in the X-BD-API-Key request header. Your API key is generated from the dashboard and scoped to your account's verified sending domains.
Keep your API key secure. Do not commit it to version control. Rotate keys from the dashboard if compromised.
To send a transactional email, POST to the /messages/send endpoint. The from address must use a verified and authenticated domain.
Configure webhooks from your dashboard to receive real-time delivery events. All webhook payloads are signed using HMAC-SHA256. Verify the X-BD-Signature header before processing.
Available events: message.delivered, message.bounced, message.complained, message.opened, message.clicked, domain.verified.
X-BD-Consent-Ref header referencing an approved consent record. Absence of this header routes to transactional queues only.
BrandDispatch is built around a compliance-first architecture. Every layer of the platform is designed to enforce responsible sending practices and protect sender reputation.
All API communication is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or TLS 1.3. Plain HTTP connections are rejected at the load balancer. All SMTP relay connections require STARTTLS or implicit TLS. Mail delivery uses opportunistic TLS with MTA-STS enforcement where available.
Sending from unauthenticated domains is technically blocked. All accounts must configure and verify SPF, DKIM (2048-bit minimum), and DMARC policy records before production access is granted. Enforcement is at the infrastructure level, not policy-only.
Automated systems monitor all sending activity in real time. Anomalous patterns — including sudden volume spikes, high bounce rates, and elevated complaint rates — trigger automatic pauses and alerts to our compliance team. Human review follows within hours.
Every account application is reviewed by a human compliance analyst before activation. We verify business identity (KYC), review stated use cases, and require documentation of consent acquisition methods for any marketing or batch sending applications.
Enterprise accounts can access dedicated IP addresses isolated from shared pool reputation. All dedicated IPs are monitored against 40+ industry blocklists in real time. Blocklist events trigger immediate notification and mitigation workflows.
Our platform is designed to support CAN-SPAM Act compliance for all commercial email. Enterprise accounts receive a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) to support GDPR obligations. We process GDPR data subject requests and support right-to-erasure workflows.
Accounts found to be sending unsolicited bulk email, using harvested lists, or otherwise violating our Acceptable Use Policy are immediately and permanently suspended. This is enforced without exception. No warnings for deliberate policy violations.
Automatic global suppression list management across all sending streams. Hard bounces, unsubscribes, and spam complaints are suppressed immediately and permanently. Accounts cannot override global suppressions; attempts are blocked at the API level.
Our team reviews all inquiries. Sales conversations require a business email address and brief use case description.
For general support, access requests, compliance inquiries, and partnership discussions. Response times vary by tier; enterprise inquiries are prioritized.
